Below are the policies we use to secure the information you provide us during your interactions with our business through any means, including when you use this web site. To make our policies easy to find, we link them directly from every page on this website - including our homepage - where personally identifiable information may be requested.

Information Collection and Use
- Personally identifiable information.
Inspiravance only collects personally identifiable information from you if you choose to provide this information to us. There are three types of personally identifiable information that may be collected and used as outlined below:
What we collect: If you choose sign up for an Inspiravance account, personally identifiable information collected with your consent may include, for example, your full name, postal address, e-mail, telephone number, date of birth and your employer name.
Why we collect: We use this information that you provide for such purposes as: corresponding with you as necessary to provide services you have requested, maintaining your user account, and for the administration of our Web sites. We may also use this information in order to provide additional courses and services that meet the specific needs of our customers.
We will not disclose your personally identifiable information, including your email address, to any third party except where we are legally obliged to do so, or if Inspiravance reasonably believes it is necessary to protect Inspiravance, our customers or the public.
What we collect: If you choose to register for courses, additional personally identifiable information will be requested pertaining to your method of payment - which may include billing information such as a bank account and/or credit card information - and method of delivery - which may include shipping information such as recipient name, street, city, state/province, postal code, country.
Why we collect: We use payment information and shipping information that you provide when purchasing a course only to complete that order, to ship the course materials, and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete an order - those necessary outside parties include the payment processor we use.
We do not retain a copy of your bank account and/or credit card information on our servers after the order has been processed - the information is passed to our payment processor and then discarded. When redisplaying your payment information for your convenience in confirming your order, we mask any sensitive information such as your credit card number.
What we collect: During registration for certain courses available through Inspiravance, you may also be asked to provide some membership identification, such as a member ID number, pertaining to professional organizations that you belong to and who have partnered with us to provide an enhanced user experience.
Why we collect: Certain courses may be offered through our partnership with member-based organizations that wish to restrict access to their courses to their membership. In those instances, the additional identification information is used only to verify membership and access to the restricted courses.
- Nonpersonally identifiable information.
This site collects nonpersonally identifiable information. For example, as you access the inspiravance.com site we may collect information about your visit, but not about you personally. Using web server logs, for example, we may collect information such as: the number of people that visit our site, which page(s) are visited on our site, from which domain(s) our visitors were referred, and which browsers people use to visit our site.
"Cookies" are small pieces of information, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. This site uses two kinds of cookies.

Opt in Only at Your Discretion
Aside from email correspondence that may be required in order to convey important information about a product or service that you have specifically requested and which Inspiravance reserves the right to send to you as a condition of your signing up for an account, you are given the opportunity at the time you sign up for your Inspiravance account to "opt in" to one or more email notification services. These services may be used to, for example, update you on new product or service offerings from Inspiravance that you have not yet ordered.
You will not be automatically included in these notification services. You must explicitly choose to receive these additional email notifications, a step commonly referred to as "opting in". You may "opt out" at any time by updating your profile information through the Inspiravance site.
We recognize the importance of security for all personally identifiable information that you choose to provide to us. we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure that information.
When transmitting payment information that you provide on to our third party payment processor, we use industry standard, secure socket layer ("SSL") encryption. We adhere to the principles and requirements outlined in the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard, and our third party payment processor is PCI certified.
We limit access to personally identifiable information to those employees who require access in order to carry out their job responsibilities.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your Inspiravance username and password, other sensitive account data and to your own computer. Two vital steps you can take are to log out of the Inspiravance site when finished and to safeguard your username and password.
